Please do not include medical reports, diagnoses or other sensitive health information.
5. Handling your enquiry
When you contact us, we process the contact details and content you provide to answer and follow up. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual or pre-contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to other correspondence, based on our legitimate interest in communication. We retain enquiries as long as needed for their purpose, subject to statutory retention obligations. Email communication may have security limitations.
6. Appointments through Doctolib
“Book an appointment” is an external link to the practice’s Doctolib profile. Booking takes place there under Doctolib’s terms and privacy information. This website does not embed a Doctolib booking form. Opening the link takes you away from this website.
7. Other external links
PDF intake forms open only when selected. External information and careers pages have their own privacy information. The new page design does not embed an automatically loading map or external video player.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR. Contact us using the details above.
